two miles east of Brook on State Route 16 between US 41 and US

Golf was first played at Hazelden in 1910. The scenic Iroquois River
runs through our historic, par 70, eighteen-hole golf course. Gentle
on the beginner yet still challenging for the proficient golfer, Hazelden
Country Club is enjoyable for all skill levels.
Hazelden Country Club is open to the public 7 days a week. Tee
